Digitech Systems is currently seeking full-time Technical Support Engineers to join our Legendary Customer Service Technical Support Team! Jobs available in both Denver, CO, & Lincoln, NE.

We are looking for professionally oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, and technically inclined individuals with excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are an absolute must for these positions. Technical Support Engineers are expected to provide legendary customer service to our customers whom are needing guidance or assistance with our software product line via phone, email, or our online forums. They are expected to test issues presented by clients and to document all activity pertaining to each inquiry. Technical Support Engineers utilize all available resources to assure resolution to customer inquiries in a timely fashion and according to Technical Support posted processes and policies.

Successful candidates should have strong customer service skills with experience/education in the following areas: Operating Systems (Windows 7 thru 10), Windows Server (2012 thru 2019), Mobile Operating Systems (iOS and Android), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Internet Information Services, all browser types, familiarity working with software in a VMWare environment, familiarity working in a network environment with users-groups-permissions, knowledge of database operations (Access or Excel), SQL Server and SQL Server Express, scanners and scanner drivers. This position may support customers integrating with other applications using our API’s, therefore, experience with VB.Net and/or C# is a plus, but not required.

Applicants are preferred to have studied Information Technology, Network Support, Desktop Support, Web Administration, Networking, Health Care Information Technology or Information Technology Support, Network Support, Desktop Support, A+ Fundamentals, or Healthcare Information Technology. Applicants must have at least a High School Diploma or GED. No Degree is required; however, Associates Degree is desirable.
