PaperVision Capture R87 offers exciting new features and business-expanding capabilities.  Information about important updates is listed below.

Enhancements

  • Do more with documents in their native format! In R87, you can work with email messages, email attachments, and .zip files. Native documents, such as .pdf files and Microsoft Office documents, can also be included in certain exports as well.
  • Improve index value accuracy using index constraints that apply rules to verify index information. Constraint actions, such as match and merge, can be used to automatically populate data to meet your specifications. PaperVision Capture R87 lets you choose from more than fifty of these rules, and all are designed to reduce manual effort spent keying and re-keying data. Check them out!
  • Set the automation service to run every second to minimize delays—especially for service bureaus and other large scanning jobs with lots of information. You’ll see updates more quickly and recognize a dramatic improvement in scalability with efficiency.
  • Manage batches more effectively using the Batch Management Studio that allows you to open multiple batch windows. You can also rearrange, filter, and sort to bring the information you’re looking for right into focus.
  • Improve security by hiding indexes that are not part of a step, allowing users to only see information to which they have permission. In addition, you can limit page downloads to only what a user needs to see to perform their tasks.
  • Expand the size of image files you can import and process using settings for large address awareness (LAA).
  • Simplify the form setup process by adding certain capabilities, such as required words, automatic document breaks, etc., in the Form Designer window. You can even add forms while testing image classification results. You’ll be amazed by how fast and easy it is to get the PaperVision® Forms Magic technology up and running!
