Description

When logging into a terminal server that already has 1 or more active sessions, the PaperVision Web Assistant (PVWA) will not automatically start, and is unable to be started manually.

Summary

To resolve this follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the affected PC as an Administrator
  2. Click the Start/Windows button
  3. Open Search within Windows
  4. Type UAC and the User Account Control Settings dialog box opens
  5. Move the slider bar to the Default setting as pictured below
  6. Click the OK button to save your changes
  7. Reboot the server
