As Digitech Systems celebrates its 25th anniversary this month, know that your importance as a Value-Added Reseller will never go overlooked by us. We would like to reaffirm our commitment to you as stated in our Stakeholder Statement over the past 25 years:

Digitech Systems is aware of our reliance on our indirect distribution partners for our success. Without them, we would not have achieved the success we have enjoyed to date. We understand our distribution partners rely on our products and services to earn a living and that they put their reputations on the line every time they endorse our products. As a company, we should do our best to meet or exceed their expectations and always consider the effect our decisions have on these trusted partners. We want to be easy to do business with and be the preferred vendor of choice for each of our partners.

This was true 25 years ago and it’s still true today.

Since our launch in 1997, we’ve partnered with resellers to improve the information management processes for organizations of all sizes. The occasion of our 25th anniversary offers us the opportunity to reaffirm our gratitude and support for the important work done by each of you.

We extend a heartfelt thank you, and we look forward to many more years of partnership.”

Digitech Systems founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Scott Matthews echoes those comments.

More importantly, our resellers and partners have provided the vital feedback and product enhancement requests that have driven our development efforts for the last 25 years,” Matthews said.

John Gabriel, the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), offers his praise as well.

Each year, Digitech Systems honor its top performing resellers with Circle of Excellence membership and Gold Star Partner awards. The recognition programs were started in 2000. Circle of Excellence inductees are chosen based on incremental revenue growth, software sales, outstanding customer care and representation of our goals and values. The website made its debut soon after our founding in 1997, making us one of the first tech companies to offer resellers and customers a convenient online option for technical and sales support. Over the years, we’ve worked to the keep the online portal at the forefront. Thank you for your input on what you would like to see in this latest upgrade. It promises to make the site the most responsive and search-friendly yet.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve moved the DSU training online by offering a series of free webinars featuring all of the tips and insights you would get at the in-person events.
