Soon after Digitech Systems’ founding in 1997, we became one of the first tech companies to offer resellers and customers a convenient online option for ECM tech and sales support. Ever since, we’ve worked to keep the online portal MyDSI at the forefront. And we’re not stopping now. The newest updated version is set for launch later this year … but not until we get input from its most important user: you.

More responsive

Our last major update to MyDSI came in 2016. With the coming update, one goal is to make it even more responsive to user needs. “We want to make it easier for everyone to access the information they need,” Juan says. Behind the scenes, the marketing team is already working to improve the online portal’s speed and efficiency from a technical aspect. Now the team wants to hear from you and other resellers about the site’s performance and the kinds of features wanted. “What do you think is working? What is not working? What is it you’re looking for when you visit the site?” Juan asks.

Rest assured all of your favorites will remain. You’ll continue to get access to software downloads, your business and client account information and free sales and marketing support materials such as case studies and testimonials. The goal of this update is to give you all of that and more at faster speeds. Also, you’ll see a new look and feel to MyDSI. We’re busy researching and testing the most user-friendly design formats to make your visit as enjoyable and useful as possible.

Fewer clicks

Here’s a couple of examples of how we’re focusing on improving the MyDSI user experience. First, we’re making structural changes to significantly reduce the number of clicks needed to get you where you want to go. Second, we’re planning to add a search-and-screen feature to the home page. You’ll be able to perform keyword searches as usual but the companion search-and-screen filtering tool will add to the convenience by letting you easily click from a list of product names, features and the kinds of information and materials available.

The filtering tool also will help with another of our major goals: Getting the most relevant information and materials into your hands whether or not you know what’s available or you know for sure what you want. (We get it: Our industry can be complex and confusing!) As Juan says, “Sometimes we don’t know quite what we’re looking for. One way to help is to sort things by relevancy.”

New to MyDSI?

MyDSI allows customers to access information such as product updates, licenses for purchased software, and support case information. In addition, resellers will find helpful sales and marketing tools and tips, sales and support policies, and technical product information to assist with implementation and customer support. For resellers and customers not already logged onto MyDSI, send an email to webaccounts@digitechsystems.com to include the following information so that we may better serve you: Your name, your email address, company name, address, phone number and DSI reseller name (if applicable.)
