Head of Marketing Explains how to Effectively Manage Healthcare Claims Automation
Greenwood Village, CO – October 1, 2018 – Head of Marketing, Christina Robbins, will discuss how an awareness of the emotional stages of change can increase the likelihood of successful healthcare claims automation projects. A recognized speaker, Robbins, who holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership and has more than twenty years of leadership expertise, will speak tomorrow at the International Claims Association’s (ICA) 109th annual Education Conference in Marco Island, Florida.
Despite efforts to implement digital processes, many businesses are still struggling to simplify and streamline claims adjudication. They’re not alone in the struggle to successfully manage technology change. The Project Management Institute reports that the average IT project runs 45% over budget, 7% over time, and delivers 56% less value than expected.
Robbins will address the real challenges behind the struggle to implement healthcare claims automation and will explain how an awareness of the emotional stages of change can empower leaders to more effectively drive implementation efforts. Attendees will receive information and strategies that make digitization of claims adjudication easier.
“I’m thrilled to share my leadership expertise with the ICA audience,” Robbins explained. “As the workplace intensifies and change becomes almost constant, many leaders have struggled to effectively help team members to adjust. Learning more about how people emotionally respond to change, can help leaders do a better job. In addition, session attendees will leave equipped with real-world strategies to help individuals who may be struggling to adapt when change occurs.”
